1. Terms of Use of the Website and Application

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») is an offer of terms for using the website https://preobrazhenskyi.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») and the online booking application «alteg.io» (hereinafter referred to as the «Application»), collectively referred to as the «Resource,» presented by the Administration of the Resource to an individual (including representatives of legal entities) (hereinafter referred to as the «User»). It governs the conditions for providing information by the User for publication on the Resource.

1.2. Any individual who has accessed the Resource and has reached the legal age to accept this Agreement is considered a User of the Resource.

1.3. The User must fully read this Agreement before registering on the Resource. Registration on the Resource and subsequent use of it implies the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Site and/or Application.

1.4. This Agreement may be unilaterally amended and/or supplemented by the Administration of the Site without special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.

1.5. The Agreement establishes mutual rights and obligations between the User and the Administration of the Resource.

2. Rules for Using the Resource

2.1. The Resource allows the User to view and download information from the Site exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Modifying the materials of the Resource or distributing them for public or commercial purposes is prohibited.

2.2. When registering on the Resource and placing orders or booking services, the User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and their contact details.

2.3. During the registration process, the User receives a login and password, the security of which is their personal responsibility.

2.4. The User may contact the Administration of the Resource with questions, complaints, suggestions for improvement, or other information. The User guarantees that such communication does not violate laws, is not threatening, does not infringe copyrights, and does not contain offensive or otherwise illegal content.

3. Personal Information of the User

3.1. The Administration of the Resource respects and ensures the confidentiality of any personal information provided by visitors to the Resource.

By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the collection, processing, and use of certain information about them in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and the Privacy Policy of the Resource Administration. The User also consents that the Resource Administration may collect, use, transfer, process, and maintain information related to their membership for the purpose of providing relevant services.

3.2. The Administration of the Resource undertakes to collect only personal information voluntarily provided by the User when such information is required to provide or improve services.

3.3. The Administration collects both primary personal data (such as name, surname, address, phone number, and email address) and secondary (technical) data (such as cookies, connection details, and system information).

3.4. The User acknowledges that the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed in cases where third parties gain unauthorized access outside the technical capabilities of the Resource Administration.

3.5. The Administration of the Resource may use collected information to improve the content of the website and application, respond to User inquiries, conduct marketing or research, and for other purposes consistent with Ukrainian law.

4. Prohibited Activities on the Resource

4.1. Calls for violent changes to the constitutional order or seizure of state power, or incitement to other illegal actions.

4.2. Direct or indirect insults, including on the basis of nationality, race, or religion.

4.3. Obscene language, pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit content.

4.4. Behavior offensive to authors, participants, or other users.

4.5. Deliberate provocation aimed at causing heated reactions.

4.6. Unauthorized advertising or spam.

4.7. Any actions prohibited by Ukrainian laws.

4.8. Impersonating other individuals or organizations.

4.9. Posting unauthorized materials, such as pirated content.

4.10. Hacking, spam, or similar disruptive actions.

4.11. Violations of local, state, or international laws.

5. Limitation of Liability of the Resource Administration

5.1. The Administration is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information on the Resource.

5.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Resource.

5.3. The Administration is not responsible for Users’ illegal actions or harm caused to third parties.

5.4. The Administration is not liable for damages incurred from using the Resource.

5.5. Users bear responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

6. Validity of the Agreement

6.1. This Agreement is a contract between the User and the Administration. Changes may be made unilaterally by the Administration.

6.2. The Agreement is valid from the first visit to the Resource by the User.

6.3. All rights to the Resource are the intellectual property of the Administration.

6.4. Users must comply with intellectual property laws and the Agreement.

6.5. Any disputes will be resolved according to Ukrainian law.
