By registering on the website https://preobrazhenskyi.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») and in the online booking application “alteg.io” (hereinafter referred to as the «Application»), the Site and/or the Application (hereinafter referred to as the «Resource»), including creating their account and/or registering as a user of any services of the Resource, and performing the respective actions under their own and valid (not fictitious) name, the User consents to the owner of the Resource processing their personal data.

These data include: full name, gender, age, place of residence, date and place of birth, and contact information, provided such information is truthful and valid.

The User consents to the owner of the Resource performing actions within the information (automated) system and/or personal data files related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, usage, dissemination (including sale and transfer), anonymization, and destruction of the relevant personal data and information about the User as an individual.

The User also grants the owner of the Resource the right to independently determine the procedure for using the User’s personal data (including the procedure for usage by employees of the Resource owner in accordance with their professional, official, or employment duties), as well as the procedure for protecting, disseminating, accessing, and transferring the rights to process personal data to other subjects of relationships related to personal data.

The User provides these rights to the Resource owner to ensure compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection.
